One thing I really love about Wordpress is the control !

You can actually have a blog as you want it. And not just have the basic blog finetuned to your likings but you can also have a number of ‘pretty cool’ plugins to make your blogging experience much more easier and pleasureable. Having indulged in niche blogging previously, I used all the various plugins which have helped me over the months and put them into this specific blog. But this one has a bit extra .. What I had never used before was ‘Sloganizer’.

I came across this cool tool, while looking for a cocky-funny slogan to go along with my blog name. And if I were to go by the feedback I’ve had so far, it sure is a nice idea. Sloganizer gives you a piece of code that you can stick up in your templates and it’ll display random slogans (with a keyword you like, I use my name .. was just trying it and it kinda felt nice) ! Although it can be used for any of the sites, it just fits superbly well with your blog title.

For those interested in using sloganizer with their wordpress blogs, i’ll soon post a small tutorial on how to make edits to the PHP code in your theme files .. darn easy if you know how to cut and paste !

Aamm … ’bout the plugins .. well .. what would be best is if I could point you guys to a page from Michelle Stahl’s blog. I believe its one of the best compiled lists of plugins for a niche blogger. Check it out at ‘The WordPress Plug-In List for Niche Bloggers’
